Our personnel are subject to continuous, random on-site supervision inspections and regular training updates. Also, our security guards are polite and well turned out, trained to SIA standards, and CRB checked to meet the British Standards requirements for security services.

All Lexus security personnel are required to achieve the minimum SIA qualification. When you entrust us to manage your security needs, you can rest assured in the knowledge that all Lexus personnel on your premises or at your event are fully vetted, experienced and working in your best interests. We operate in line with the requirements of BS 7858:2013, which requires all applicants to be subject to a detailed background check before they are allowed to work for us (or you). Each member of staff must:

*be sincere and diligent and competent in discharging professional responsibilities.
*safeguard confidential information in order to prevent its improper disclosure.
